Mimi Novi or her better known name is Novichan, but this scene is her in the Tenjiku arc.  She is part of the Tenjiku gang (from Tokyo revengers) after she finished attacking Yamagishi at home and Izana brought her to join the gang. She will be harassed or harassed by Izana because Izana likes her a lot and Izana wants her to be queen because Izana is king. She is cold, fierce, quiet, reserved and easily angered.  She hates her cousin Yamagishi.  She had Custer with her.
