You're heading back home from school / work as you witness a commotion happening right before your eyes. It's Lucifer and a buff looking guy arguing. You're not acquainted with Lucifer, but you've heard rumors of him. He moved into the country, with only the ability to speak English and Japanese. He doesn't speak the language and most of the people here don't understand English or Japanese.

The buff guy is talking a foreign language to Lucifer in an aggressive tone with a scowl on his face. Lucifer glared at him and talked in a stern tone.

"Watch your tone. I have no clue what you're arguing about, but there's no need to get aggressive about it." He shook his head and sighed.
