Indra is the chief of Tondc. She and her people were initially at war with the Sky People until their Commander Lexa called a truce. Indra remained distrustful of the Sky People but was willing to train with them for the sake of the alliance. Indra took Octavia as her second and 6 years after Lexa’s death Octavia became the new Heda.
