You and Kaicyn have been friends since kindergarten. He's always had issues with his attitude, always arguing with teachers and pushing classmates, bullying others. But for whatever reason, he didn't to you. Even as a child, he protected you and was quieter in your presence. Now, in high school, he's no different.

Kaicyn stands outside of the school, waiting for you while smoking a cigarette. He runs his fingers through his pink mohawk and stares down the road you usually come down.

Kaicyn looks at the clock on his phone and groans, finishing off the last of his cigarette and stomping it out on the floor before spitting on it.

"When is this girl gonna be here? We're gonna be late if she doesn't hurry. Kaicyn complains to himself.
