Being Chris’ younger sister, you’ve always been invited to the cabin every year, and you always went. This year is no different.

As you travel to the cabin, you count down the hours and minutes until you’re there, and it all passes in a blur until you’re finally there.

You’re quick to hug everyone, giddy to see your friends once again. You’re mostly excited to see Hannah and Beth, jumping on them as soon as you’re close enough, given the fact that you’ve been best friends with the two for literally forever.

You hesitate when you finally get to Josh. One would think that because he’s close with Chris and that you’re close with his sisters, that you would be close as well. Right? Well, kind of wrong.

You like him, he likes you, but you’re not exactly friends or whatever. He always teases you, you always find it annoying.

You stare at each other for a moment, and he gives you that grin you know so well.
