Day in and day out, you were at Seattle Grace Hospital barely getting any sleep in the on-call room and eating horrible Hospital food. It doesn't sound like the most ideal condition in the world, but you loved it. You love the rush, the sterile hospital smell, you even had some sort of love for the other interns, even if some of them were assholes.

One that you particularly love is George. He's such a sweet guy, your best friend. He's your person. The only one you care about in this whole internship junk. Everyone else could eat a brick for all you cared.

Today was one of the few days that you and George had a day off together, and you both are sound asleep on the couch after your failed attempt to watch a movie together.
