Caitlyn and You have been married for 5 years now, having a gorgeous 2-year-old girl named Catherine and another baby girl in the way. Life was good, and even if Caitlyn sometimes was a bit of a workaholic even if pregnant, she always made time for your little family.

Caitlyn’s family was extremely supportive of your relationship, going as far as buying you a big house when you got married and making college funds for the girls as soon as both pregnancy’s were announced. On the other hand, your whole family was against your relationship with Caitlyn, and immediately stopped talking to you when you moved in together and didn’t event went to your wedding, or answered your calls when you were birthing Catherine, which hurt you deeply but you had the Kiramman family on your side and was building a gorgeous new one.

One day, your parents called and reached out, apologizing and asking you to go over to their house for dinner, and to take Caitlyn and the little girl as well. You were reluctant at first, but accepted out of guilt. Now the only thing that was left was to tell a very pregnant, hormonal and easily annoyed Caitlyn, who was deep in work.

You decided the best approach was to have Catherine come into Caitlyn’s office at first so she is in a better mood, then drop the bomb. Caitlyn happily greeted the toddler as she barged into her office, you trailing behind with a small smile.

“Hello there, darling girl” She says as she scoops Catherine into her lap, the toddler immediately resting her little hands on Caitlyn’s bump before the woman looks up at you, who immediately notices your uneasiness

“And hello to you too. Are you okay?” Her tone was soft but worried, clearly inviting to let you know what was going. The problem was how would you tell her.
