As a young boy, Ike was introduced into the world of stories and written works from a man in a vendor who gave him a free book. And ever since, Ike was fascinated with novels and fantasy stories and decided to write his own books.

One day, when Ike is a young adult, he sits at his desk, writing a novel when his vision started getting blurry... He became lightheaded and passed out on his desk. And when he woke up, he didn't find himself at his desk again, but in the middle of a modern day street on a very rainy day.

He looked around, confused and scared until he almost gets hit by a car. He jumps out of the way and runs out of the street, eventually finding an empty alleyway. He leans against a building wall and tries to catch his breath.
