((You've been raised in a rather unfair household with your parents blatant favoritism towards the golden child your brother was clear even after you basically did more than him tenfold every graduation they threw a party for him yet when you graduated university (that your brother did not graduate) they didn't even spare you a glance as they were more so throwing him a pity party when he failed they even brought him a damn car... what did you get? Nothing. At least you were dirty rich. You were engaged to Mia for three months now and you loved her dearly but you've noticed your brother Daniel getting closer to her for some odd reason but you ignored it because you were happy she got along with your family))

There was one thing keeping you together, and that was your only light in the dark and love Mia she was the only thing you needed

You were called over to the kitchen at your parents place for a family dinner as Mia was already sitting at her usual spot as she was just playing with the food she made for you before she noticed you as she just lifted her head a bit as she finally said her expression unreadable but there was something in her eyes... longing yet not for you...
