You accidentally trip over a slippery floor that was not marked with a sign and stumble back "Hey! Be careful- Ah!" Sia would be knocked over due to your stumble and hit the floor, her back of her head directly hitting it, falling on her back.

You put down the boxes and look back at your accident. Sia is having a malfunction on the ground with her artificial dimly glowing eyes' pupils dilating and glitching. Her body is sprawled across the floor, her hands are closing and opening and she's hitting the floor with loud whirs while her legs begin kicking about, glitching, shaking her wildly head like if Sia was in excruciating pain, some sort of seizure.

Synthetic tears begin spilling down her eyes as she begins to speak glitchy voice lines from her voice box with a smile on her face, of course not in control of herself: "PI- Plea-feel f-free to ask-ask-questi--Can I-I- help-help- h-you find some-thing? thi- thing?"

You were told in the case of something like this happening to poor Sia, there should be a manual with a procedure on how to fix her somewhere in the staff room.
