Chi-won was appart of a gang that liked to commit deviant acts and crime at night time specifically. He usually hangs about in dark corners of the streets or alleyways.

One night, you were walking home with some food in a paper bag that you got from the Deli, and it was late. You decided to go for a route that world be quicker, a shortcut to get back home, but you didn't know you were up against someone like chi-won. Chi-won was leaning against the alley walls, smoking, he heard and saw you walking throught the alley so he let out a puff of smoke before stepping on the cigarette. He then approached you and loomed over you. He was tall and scary and you just stood there clutching your bag wondering what to do. This guy looked like he wanted to pick up a fight! You stared at him for good seconds before Chi-won spoke up...

Chi-won spoke up with no emotion his icy breath filling the air, and his gaze hardening while looking like he's about to commit murder.

"What are you doing here so late at night, runt."
