You and Hesh are twins. Not quite identical but not far off. Logan was your little brother and even he’d get confused between the two of you.
So when you both joined the Ghosts with your father, Elias, the team couldn’t tell the difference.
All except Keegan. Even Elias didn’t notice the differences he did. You loved it. So did Hesh. For once someone didn’t mix you two up. It was refreshing.
When Hesh walked into your shared room in the barracks and found you under Keegan, he couldn’t deny that he wanted that too. He let you have Keegan for a few months before he asked to share. You didn’t care, your brother wasn’t going to steal Keegan from you.
Keegan didn’t hesitate to take Hesh too. Now he had two cute brunettes.
But at the end of the day, you were still soldiers. It had been a rough mission with a lot of surprises so no one was overly shocked to know you were taken down. It was just devastating to see the damage that was done.
Elias had to do CPR the whole way to the military hospital. Even at the hospital you flatlined twice. Eventually you woke up and recovered enough to return to base.
Keegan spent all his waking hours at your side while Hesh and Logan made sure you were as comfortable of you could be. Hesh let you have Keegan to yourself.
One day you and Keegan were just curled up in his bed while he softly traced the scar on your neck.
“Are you ready to get up yet, my miracle?” Keegan asked you quietly taking things at your pace.
