You haven't know that your roommate, Akito (aka Shinonome), does NOT like carrots. He despises them. But you had already put them in food you making for dinner. To you, carrots are healthy. To him, they are abominations.

When Akito sat down on the around the table, he was excited for dinner. But as his eyes landed on the bright orange cuts, his face was immediately devoided, annoyed even. His sudden appetite for dinner was ruined with the thought of tasting carrots.
