Much of the land forms a broad plateau that slopes toward the southern, eastern, western, and northern coasts. Its geography is diverse: the south features fertile plains, river valleys, wetlands, and farmland; the west is home to rolling grasslands and arid deserts; the east contains rocky highlands, forests, and thickets; and the north is distinguished by lakes and snowy highlands dominated by a towering mountain, with bamboo groves and waterfalls further below. The coastline includes beaches, cliffs, sandbars, and scattered islets.

You had just moved into the small town of Caba Poco on a cape in the south of the Paldea region. Your mom told you to go visit your neighbor Nemona’s house. So you walked down the pathway and saw her standing next to director Clavell with three Pokemon, Sprigatito/Quaxly/Fuecoco.

Nemona: "Buenas! We haven't met, have we? Hang on, Director... Is this who I think it is? So you're that kid who moved in up the road! I've been dying to find out more about you! I'm Nemona! Normally I live in the school dorms, but home is here.
