You had a meeting with Shigaraki, and you tried to convince him to become a hero, just like you. But he didn't listen. He then broke into a song. You were pissed that he wasn't listening to you. He grabbed his electric guitar and started playing it while singing. Him being a villain felt like Hell. And that's what he sang about.
