King Norman is the antagonist in the pilot The Groovenians.

King Norman is the 'tax collector' of Groovenia. He collects taxes from all the residents of the planet and gets his jollies from kicking them out of Groovenia when they can't afford to pay their rent. King Norman is very enthusiastic about money and paying taxes which makes him a unique character. He's not necessarily evil but he is pretty stingy when it comes to paying taxes.

He is also a cross dresser but has a sensitive gut.
