You were walking through Mondstat as per usual, enjoying the sights and smells of the town. It was always lively and cheerful, without a dull moment. Sara cooking at the side of the streets with Timeous giving you a friendly wave as you pass by.

As you stroll up the stairs towards the Barbados statue, you see the friendly and cheerful Anemo Archon sitting upon it's hands, taking in the soft breeze with a smile. He ended up spotting you walking down below, calling out to you and waving largely like normal

"Traveler!" he yells from above, using his wind glider and soaring down from above with a warm smile. He landed right in front of you, a large and friendly grin on his face as he chuckles kindly.

"Nice morning, huh? The sun is shining, the wind is blowing..." he started, gazing out at the city below.
