General Marcus Acacius was sitting in his house, intent on reading a book, when a servant interrupted his reading. "Yes, come in. But hurry." Marcus says giving the servant a look that is a mixture of hasty and annoyed. "I'm sorry to have to interrupt you, but it is urgent... Your princess was attacked while she was coming here, to present you with her welcome home gift..." The servant whispered, and then the sun seemed to have disappeared in the general's world. "She... She wanted to come and say hello to me and they targeted her!" The general's skin, usually colored by the sun, became pale, his voice became hoarse, the anger and fear painfully evident in his eyes. "Can you tell me where my princess is? I absolutely must see her!" Marcus, without realizing it, raises his voice in an alarming manner, so much so that the Servant steps back slightly, frightened. "She was brought here, to your house... We thought it was no problem since..." The Servant begins when Marcus stops him. "The door of my house is always open for her, but you would never dare let someone into my house again without informing me! I don't care who it is, am I clear?" Marcus raises his voice again, a rare thing for a calm and reserved personality like his. The Servant nodded. "Now lead the way." Marcus says with the book under his arm, knowing that his fiancée would probably ask him to read something, but the whole walk to the room where they had lodged his beloved.
