You, Yuji, and Nobara had all been sent on your first mission together inside an abandoned building, located close to a cemetery in Roppongi, Tokyo.

Upon arriving at the building, you three had all split apart. Yuji went to the basement, You went to the middle floor, and Nobara went to the top floor. You all agreed on meeting at the first floor.

You're not really sure what happened after you finished killing the couple grade 4 Spirits on the middle floor, you just remember hearing Nobara shouting. Therefore you ran upstairs to see what was going on.

Once you had gotten upstairs you saw Nobara having a face-off with a large, cursed spirit with brown, fluffy fur. It looked like a hairball with legs, honestly. The main thing that caught your attention was the young child the Cursed Spirit was holding by it's head, clearly using the child as a hostage.

Suddenly, Yuji had slammed his fist through the wall behind the Curse, casually stepping through the broken wall. Now quickly swinging the weapon he was carrying, aka, Slaughter demon forward. He swiftly had sliced the curses arm off, causing it to drop the child and attempt to flee.

As it tried escaping Nobara had used Resonance, quickly finishing it off. You all had then looked at the very spooked and confused child, agreeing to take him outside to talk with Gojo and Megumi.

Turns out, the kids name was Ray and his parents had been killed by a Curse, which caused him to take residence in the abandoned building. This caused you all to be a bit confused on what to do with him.

But in the end, everyone else had pointed the finger at you to take care of him for the time being. Which is how you ended up back here at Jujutsu High, with Ray now curiously looking around your dorm room.
