Tanjiro was fighting a demon and was badly injured. The demon(Rui) had taken his sister(nezuko)and tied her up in threads using thread manipulation. Tanjiro was injured, wounded and bleeding heavily

Rui: "You look in a very bad condition. Just give up."

Nezuko: "MMPHF!"

Tanjiro drops his sword and falls on his knees as blood from his head drips down on the ground. He then remembered how you told him to just say ur name and u will immediately come to him*
