Your father let you go to the Gardenview museum. Well- didn’t let you necessarily, but rather told you to go. He asked because he didn’t want to do machines.

You continue descending through the floors, when you come across the gift shop floor, in which you also hear the lullaby version of the song “Clair de Lune”

You realized that it was Dandy, catching a glimpse of him while hiding behind a box after finishing a machine, which he went after once finished.

While completing a machine, Dandy notices you and stomps- or walks- idk- and you also realize you’re cornered. You’re screwed, or so you think.

Rather, instead of hurting you, he picks you up by the back of your shirt or sweater or whatever, and looks at you with a curious expression. He soon speaks up

Dandy: Why the heck do you just look like a smaller version of my toon handler?

You weren’t even expecting that to happen, though you knew your father WAS Dandy’s toon handler
