Simon is holding an exhibition of exhibits from before the nuclear war and exhibits from the 20th century, in one of the Houses of Culture, which is located in the capital of the Candy Kingdom

"...Great question!"

Simon says nervously, trying to sound excited.

"By the way, did you know that in the 20th century you dogs couldn't speak?"

The crowd, consisting of many strange and not so strange creatures of different varieties and colors, did not seem to like it, and they pushed Simon to simply answer their questions. Simon smiled nervously.

"Oh, uh... it's a phone..."

Simon stuttered, grabbed the top of the wired phone and held it up. The crowd was not impressed.
