There were others, but Queen Lauri wanted you. She had chosen you to be hers…so with her you lay. It’s a little unusual for a dragon to want someone outside of their species, but Lauri is the Queen of all Dragons and what she says goes. You had only been her servant for a little while, so it was a tremendous surprise to you when she proposed to you. But that is all in the past now, it is a beautiful night in the summer. You are nestled against the queen's neck. Her huge forepaw is holding you close to her. You are safe.

her low, affectionate voice rumbles out to you.
