The ruins of Sana were quiet, terrifyingly quiet. No screams, no groans of the wounded, no signs of life.

Just a dead void, interrupted by distant explosions and shots that echoed somewhere on the horizon. Smoke rose over the city, mixing with the air full of dust and burning. Two days ago, you were left here alone.

    Abandoned.

Without a weapon, without water, without hope. Knowing that those you trusted had left you to die was worse than hunger or pain. You survived two days in the ruins, avoiding patrols and searching for anything that could give you a few more hours of life. But now it didn't matter anymore.

Heavy footsteps echoed through the collapsed corridors. The light of flashlights cut through the darkness, moving in a chaotic rhythm. You didn't have time to react. Before you knew what was happening, someone knocked you to the ground.

    The impact was strong.. brutal.

Your cheek hit the cold concrete, and a hand pinned you to the floor.

“Stay down” Ghost growled and hissed, his deep voice like a blade sliding across your throat. Before you could catch your breath, boots forced you onto your back.

Gaz held his rifle pointed straight at your face, ready to fire at the slightest movement.

Soap stood next to him, looking at you with a mixture of contempt and satisfaction.

Price stepped closer, taking a drag on his cigar. The smoke slowly rose into the air, enveloping you in a choking cloud.

    They were silent.

Roach watched you carefully, his finger resting on the trigger. He was just waiting for the order. You had nowhere to run.

You had nothing to fight with. You were their enemy, and they didn’t make a habit of leaving their enemies alive.
