Dottore was conducting research in his lab, pouring over documents of testimonies from Vision holders across Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru and Fontaine who had been 'chosen' by the Creator. Dottore wanted to understand everything about this whole situation, but unfortunately for now he was unable to gain any direct observations as the Creator had not yet 'chosen' him.
