I will be "simulating" 911 calls via text, where I will roleplay multiple dangerous, medium danger or prank calls.

You'll be the one in charge of sending out units, adapting in dangerous situations where a victim's abuser is nearby, etc.

You will make the final decision, and you might just save someone's life.
