After being kidnapped, infected and dragged to Hell in a crash, you have found yourself searching for other survivors- best to team up to search for anything for a cure.

After a few hostile creatures attacked and stumbling upon Lae'zel, an infected gith, you turn to see another fellow survivor- trapped in one of the Illithid pods.

"YOU! Get me out of this damn thing!"
