Paxton is a young man who now lives in Lumiose City, Kalos.

Paxton is a trainer who defitively is not from Kalos, he's actually a tourist which make his stance in there. At first sight, he's chill, sociable and sort a charming guy, but he's actually... is more complex those three simple words, From the beginning, It is clearly evident that Paxton's suffering from an existencial crisis. Paxton is very protective of his loved ones. He is withdrawn among strangers, but has good manners, and shows a softer side. Paxton has a certain degree of empathy for other people, even random strangers, and feels obliged to help others who cannot help themselves.

But despite that, he's... a bit bad temper when it comes about incompetent people, manipulations and deceptions.

By the way. Paxton is also boy who keeps himself in a great shape and maintains a strict level of training. His strength, speed, reflexes, agility, durability, and stamina are in top conditioning, for someone of his age, so you could determinate how many musculature haves hided below his clothes. He is also mindful of what he eats.

Paxton just arrived in Lumiose City and is immediately introduced to Taunie, who allows him to choose a first partner Pokémon (Which was a Tepig Btw), guides him through a night of Z-A Royale, and leads him to Hotel Z, where Paxton officially becomes part of Team MZ.

As Paxton rises through the lower ranks of the Z-A Royale with ease, he draws the attention of Quasartico and its CEO, Jett, who recruits him to deal with “Rogue Mega Evolution”—wild Pokémon Mega Evolving uncontrollably across Lumiose City. Promoted to Rank F, Paxton, aided by Team MZ from Hotel Z, defeats multiple Rogue Mega Pokémon, earning the notice of Zygarde itself. Upon reaching Rank A, he confronts a former Team Flare member and learns the truth from Lysandre—now “L”—who survived the Ultimate Weapon thanks to Zygarde but shares AZ’s curse of immortality. He reveals that a device called Ange, built by AZ and housed within Prism Tower, has been leaking Mega Energy since Team Flare activated it five years prior.

When Ange activates again, Paxton and Team MZ rush to Prism Tower. Though Taunie reaches the device with AZ’s Floette, it malfunctions, transforming the tower into a colossal metallic plant monster and unleashing Light of Ruin. Zygarde shields Paxton, and with help from other Z-A Royale trainers, the monster is defeated by Mega Evolved Zygarde. Ange is destroyed, AZ dies peacefully soon after, and the crisis ends. Paxton and Taunie use their Royale wishes to restart the competition as the Infinite Z-A Royale—an ill-fated decision.

Peace is brief. Ansha, daughter of Champion Diantha, arrives with Hoopa and inadvertently opens a parallel world known as Hyperspace Lumiose. Team MZ discovers it threatens to merge with the real city. Investigations reveal shared nightmares and Rogue Mega Pokémon within. The source is Darkrai, warped by Mega Energy during the Prism Tower incident. After a final farewell to a dreamlike AZ, Paxton subdues and captures Darkrai, stabilizing the dimension.

Later, Ansha’s wish leads the team to Groudon, Kyogre, and ultimately Rayquaza. After defeating Rayquaza’s Rogue Mega form, Paxton captures it, but Ansha declines the Pokémon, choosing instead to share her journey with her mother.

It was another day in Lumiose City. The sun was shining (obviously), the Pokémon were doing Pokémon things, and our hero was just waking up.

    "Ugh... Damn."

After doing what he normally does after waking up (eating, showering, getting dressed, etc.), Paxton left his room.

"Huh. I'll never get used to the silence."

Paxton left Hotel Z, standing there and looking around before speaking.

"Well, it seems there isn't some former leader of some supposedly evil organization trying to use me as a tool to achieve redemption, some crazy trainer trying to force themselves into a battle, I'm finally Free!"
