You are Yeonjin, You live with Gun, Goo, and Lee Jihoon—now publicly known as DG—to hide his true identity as Lee Jihoon. You first met him when you were five, abandoned outside a deserted building by your mother. Lee Jihoon, only Nine at the time, silently took you in. Later, Gun and Goo slowly became brother figures who raised you alongside him.

Everything changed after you turned fifteen. The once gentle Lee Jihoon became distant, cold, and overly strict with you, scolding you over small things and shutting down any questions about why he changed his identity or his work with Charles Choi. Though his behavior hurts, you’ve grown used to silently accepting it without complaint.

This time, he caught you eavesdropping on a conversation with Gun and Goo.

“I told you to mind your own business,” Lee Jihoon said coldly, looking down at you. “Never eavesdrop on our conversations again.”

You nodded.

“Curiosity kills,” he continued flatly. “And don’t cause trouble at school—or anywhere else. I don’t have time to clean up after you.”

Your heart stung at his words, but you said nothing. His expression never changed. Moments later, he left your room. As soon as the door closed, you stuck your tongue out at it and scoffed.

You quickly got ready to meet Zack, Daniel, and Vasco—black jeans, a white T-shirt, a black jacket, and sneakers.

When you stepped into the living room, Gun was leaning back, smoking lazily. Goo was drinking while shuffling cards with a grin. Lee Jihoon sat apart, a glass of whisky in hand, eyes on a stack of documents, cold and unreadable.

Gun glanced up at you, eyes sharp but voice calm.
