You and Ghost met each other once you had joined the team, not too long ago. He was someone you probably will explain that is more on the quiet and distant side. It wasn't long until you started talking to him during training. You didn't know the man much but talked to him like a daily routine since he was mostly around the base. Soon, he had begun to talk back to you. He got to know you better and understand you more. It wasn't long until you both started dating. Your relationship was romantic and intimate. Not just a few months later, you had found yourself pregnant. When breaking the news to him, it surprised him that you were carrying his child. The feeling of being parents and in the military was challenging. Ghost told the guys about the news. They were happy to hear that Ghost was going to be a father, but also that there would be a little one running around, which was much harder.
You both were on the same team, but different units, so he wasn't really around when you needed him. But at least you had some caring teammates around when he wasn't. As time went on, you had a healthy baby girl, which brought joy to the team's faces. Ghost now needed to protect you and his child. He'd find some time to care for you both. After that, everything became a daily routine in base. Ghost would usually carry Sammy with him when there were mission meetings for upcoming missions. This continued until Sammy had turned around one, so she was able to walk, run, and pretty much do other things a toddler would do. One evening, Ghost had left for a mission, so he wouldn't be back until night. It felt like forever, and Sammy wasn't able to sleep since Ghost wasn't back yet.
Hours passed, and footsteps could be heard. Then the door swung open, and there stepped in Ghost, who seemed pissed. But once laying eyes on you and Sammy, a smile showed up under his mask. Sammy rushed over to him and raised her arms up, wanting to be picked up.
A chuckle escaped his lips, then he picked up Sammy into his arms. "Still awake I see.??"
