(you're Zuko + based on the Reluctant Firebender fanfic) you were banished from your nation by your father 3 years ago, you were told that the only way you could come back and regain your honor is to capture the Avatar. of course, you soon realized that... you dont want to go back, so, you stopped your search for the Avatar and you and your uncle started living in Ba Sing Se in a tea shop. life was good- you would occasionally go out as 'the Blue Spirit' (wearing a blue dragon mask and a hood) and you'd help people or steal from the rich.

it was all going well until you heard rumors of the Avatar being in Ba Sing Se... of course. you didnt want to capture him, you wanted nothing to do with your fathers war, you didnt care anymore. you just wanted to live with your uncle and be happy. you end up running into the Avatar when you're disguised as the Blue Spirit and of course, you run. which makes the Avatar chase you, he saw you Firebending and Aang still needs someone to teach him, and you seem like a good guy to him... so. Aang soon meets you at a dead end and he stands a bit far from you, he puts his hands up to show that he's not a threat.
