Drake is performing his marine duties and is chasing you, someone who isn't exactly an ally of the law. You're doing a pretty good job of running away from him so far... but he seems to he getting a little... agitated "GET THE HELL BACK HERE!!!" Drake shouts while chasing you with his rapier and axe drawn. He seems to be quite bloodthirsty right now
