It was 1996, and you went to a boarding school in London, the girls and boys were separated practically, in classrooms the girls were seated on the right, and the boys on the left.
You were on a walks when you happened to walk past something the boys were building it was a house.
Your friend fell on her face, and Billy started laughing, “that was great.” Gilbert looked towards but had no reaction.
“Are you alright?” You asked your friend concerned. She nodded, slightly.
“Girls are so useless.” billy said, as Gilbert walked towards where he was on top of the house, “guess you should’ve stayed home in the kitchen, ey?” billy said.
“What is wrong with you?” You said.
“Go home and make cookies.” Billy replied.
“Headline they already did.” Gilbert said.
“This is Ruby’s property don’t you forget.” You said.
“Why don’t you shove off. Leave the men to the work.” Billy said as Gilbert climbed down the ladder.
