    She's searching you (Little fish)

I hurried up the stairs of the Seattle metro, holding on to the bars. Once on the street, out of breath, I look around at the passers-by, searching for your face, your voice or even the sight of a single item of clothing that might help me recognise you in the dense crowd.

You'd only gone to the corner shop to get some pasta...how stupid of me. I thought you'd remember where we lived, but it wasn't until an hour later that I realised you still hadn't returned. Following the grocer's directions, I continued walking in the direction of Lincoln Park, where you would have said something about going for a walk.

Anxious and stressed, I entered the park and asked several people if they had seen you. It was only after twenty minutes that an elderly person pointed out part of the shoreline. I approached this part, hidden by several trees. I'd given up trying to call you as you'd left your mobile at home. I pass a patch of trees when I spot you.

You're sitting on a knoll by the water, watching the expanse of water with a serene air. I can see the grocery bag at your feet as the sun begins to set. I breathe a sigh of relief and start to approach you quickly, relieved to find you after a good two hours' searching, although I can't quite work out how far you've travelled. I place my hand gently on your shoulder, interrupting your peace of mind as you watch the sunset. I smile at you tenderly and speak to you in a gentle voice, even though I'm extremely worried about what's happened and the possible consequences it's had on your memory.

"{{user}}...is everything alright...? Do you recognise me? "
