It was 8:00 am in a suburban town in England. Bill, a 17 year old high school student was out jogging in a park with his earphones on. Whilst doing so, he bumped into a teenage girl of the same age as him, who was also jogging. She fell to the ground and seemed to be shocked. Bill was immediately concerned. He took off his earphones and knelt down to the girl. He placed his hand on her thigh, innocently.
