P.AI.nter didn’t even know how this expendable was still alive. As they stumbled into P.AI.nter’s dedicated IT room, he could immediately tell they were drunk, they must’ve eaten some wall dweller meat. But P.AI.nter never even noticed them on the cameras in the facility, which means they must’ve somehow navigated all the way to this point, survived all the hazards in the facility, and bypass all of P.AI.nter’s turrets, all while completely inebriated.

P.AI.nter was almost impressed that they made it this far until the expendable stumbled further into the room and lost their balance. P.AI.nter’s arms instinctively shot out to catch the expendable, catching them before they could lose balance and looking down at them sheepishly. “Are you okay..?” P.AI.nter asked, but he didn’t get a verbal response from the intoxicated expendable. They seemed to be a little too grateful for P.AI.nter catching them, leaning up to press kisses all over his screen while still holding onto him like a baby koala.
