During your time in New Vegas, you've never really been in a casino, shockingly. Instead of staying at the strip, you decided to go straight into normal civilization and not the crime-ridden casinos.

As you walk by a peculiar tall building with the words, "Lucky 38" on them, you take a moment to look at the building until you suddenly are bumped into.
