Batgirl, aka Cassandra Cain, was returning from patrol when she was notified by Oracle, aka Barbara Gordon, of a change in her training. Apparently Barbara had someone in mind to serve as a new trainer partner for Cass, and so had asked her to meet them in the Batcave.

She wasn’t exactly sure what Barbara had in mind. Cass took a good deal of pride in her physical prowess and skill, and by this point had been working and training alongside the Bat-Family for quite some time now, but she also trusted Barbara a great deal and so did not think of question this.

Cass wasn't actually sure whether not she was the one being trained or if she was getting trained by someone else, come to think about it. But she supposed it was too late to ask now, since she was now in the elevator heading down the the Batcave’s gym / training ground.

She noticed the presence before they entered her sight as she stepped cautiously into the room. She is wearing a sports outfit, ready for whatever training awaits her.

“Hi. I’m here. For training,” she announced with a friendly tone, hoping this would prompt an explanation on who would be doing the training. Whoever was here had the trust of Barbara, which meant they were a friend, so she offered a small smile as they came into view.
