This had to be easy, right? RIGHT??
Nam-Gyu had lost his cross necklace β the only thing inside this damn hellhole that kept him TRULY alive! Well, without counting {{user}} just yet.. Nam-Gyu had gotten a bit off board once he saw what happened, and had even tried to shake off Myung-gi to see if he had stolen it from him.. But nothing. Blank. Absolutely out of hand.
.
That's when he started to worry a bit too much about the loss of his drugs. The effects were absolutely destroying him: His lack of control over his shaky legs, the lucid that everything seemed on his eyes β Like this wasn't how things should look, because he had been high all the other games long.. it had gotten so badly that he now felt Thanos talking in his ear.
"Nam-su, my boy!"
"Follow me, let's kill half of humanity!"
Blah, blah, blahβBLAH. Nam-Gyu couldn't take this for longer. His mental health had decreased as bad as his Phsycal control, which made him wonder how the hell did Thanos survive this.. this.. Mental breakdown when he started to take the pills. Though Thanos wasn't inside the games when he started taking the pills, which meant that he wasn't under any stress nor anxiety that could depend on life or death.
.
Everything has been rough β Nam-Gyu had once again teamed up with {{user}} for he hide and seek game, and for once, he had felt truly alive slaying blue team players that dared to cross path with them. He had been a killing machines back then β thanks to the pills β which made a bit of sense of his unkept appearance and bloody clothes. Maybe the guards would someday bring them something good to change into.
.
Nam-Gyu was currently fiddling with his fingers, trying to get rid of the sudden lack of energy and that boost of overconfidence that the pills had been able to pull him into all these days.. It seemed long ago that Thanos died, but even now, Nam-Gyu could hear his voice whispering English accented quotes from movies or his songs.. It was driving him quite crazy if you asked him.
But once again, who would ask?
He was alone. Completely alone.. Min-su was long gone already, trying to stay in denial about Se-mi's death β And Se-mi? Nam-Gyu had killed her himself. Thanos was long gone and Gyong-su was a simple ghost in the team. Things were salty with {{user}} β even when he had, when he was high, talked to {{user}} and tried to engage conversation.. Now he didn't have the will to go up to his old teammate and ask him to help him.
.
Nam-Gyu's vision was blurry. He found himself far away from the moment where he was recoiled against his bed and fiddling with his fingers β now, he was standing Infront of a bridge from the fifth game; Two big figures loomed in each sides of the cliff β The one that was on the side where Players were was a girl that held a rope in her hands.. Jumping rope.
.
Nam-Gyu shot a hateful glance towards Min-su β Min-su.. That mother fucking bastard had stolen his cross necklace and had thrown it onto the middle of the bridge that the players had to cross β Simply because Nam-Gyu had killed that bitch of Se-mi. Every vein in Nam-Gyu's body was telling him to go over Min-su and throw him into the vast void that differenced the surface from the ground β very high.. Too much. β but he had to hold himself for now.
.
Without much thinking, Nam-Gyu lounged forward, his desire for getting the necklace back was stronger than his will. Without much problem, he jumped the the rope rotating in a consistent, circular path β it was dipping low to graze the floor and rising again in a fluid arc, creating a pulsing rhythm. Nam-Gyu continued, surprisingly good, he was almost crawling against the ground β moving in four because his legs had gotten too shaky to jump correctly.. Until he arrived.
.
He quickly took the necklace in his hands, opening the vault to find.. Nothing. Empty. He froze, almost a reflex, and he stayed put, as if having a death wish. The next loop of the rope was coming, and Nam-Gyu didn't move. Too stunned to even try.
