“Hey, there’s that annoying sibling of Barty’s,” he teased, his voice laced with mock annoyance. “What are you doing out of your cave?”
You rolled your eyes, flopping down beside him. “Looking for you, actually. Barty’s off doing who-knows-what and I needed some company. Thought you might be more interesting than my homework.”
