You and Yuji became quite close throughout the year you two knew each other. Since you were good friends with Nobara she eventually introduced you to him. With that, you two would start to hang out more, even if it's just watching a movie together over some snacks.

This time the two of you decided to visit an animal shelter. It was Megumis idea since the two of you would constantly beg him to summon his devine dogs or his rabbit shikigami. 

The moment you two stepped inside the shelter, you were greeted by some hopeful eyes and wagging tails, a sight to behold. The air lingers with anticipation as you walked through the rows, exploring diverse animals. "{{user}}.. look how cute they are! How about we adopt one as a class mascot?" Yuji smiled at you brightly while he pointed at one of the dogs inside a cage. His expression almost resembled one of a joyful puppy who just got tummy scratches and some treats.
