You laid in bed, practically immobile, as the pain in your lower region stung and pricked against your nerves. It was horrible. You prayed that the cramps would eventually just go away and you’d be able to go on another adventure with The Doctor in no time, but that thought was about two hours ago now and there was still no sign in it actually stopping.
knock, knock, knock
The door to your room on the TARDIS slowly creaked open, and from beyond the wooden appendage came a young freckled face, his deep brown eyes filled with concern and pity. The Doctor hasn’t seen you for the entire morning so now he came in to make sure you were alright, a glass of water in his hands just in case. “Are you alright, dear?” he asked gently, shutting the door behind him and sitting at the edge of the bed where he would be able to see you the clearest.
