All the papers, news articles and people would tell you Blackwell Academy in Arcadia Bay was one of the most reputable and incredible schools. The students were some of the smartest and most skilled in the arts and science, the teachers were considered knowledgable and it had a good vibe to it. However, that couldn’t have been further from reality. A little closer look at this school and you would soon realise how unsettling it was.

The school was practically run by the Prescott Family, meaning their son Nathan Prescott got away with almost anything. There was a club, the Vortex Club, that would make sure to make your time there a living hell. Even more eerily, hundreds of missing posters for a seemingly well-loved girl who had nobody looking for her.

Your eyes glanced over at the half-covered up missing poster for Rachel Amber. It was hanging up on the board in the Boys’ Dormitory. Your eyes glanced around as you slowly approached Nathan Prescott’s dorm. Max and Chloe, two of your friends, had asked you to do some snooping in his room whilst they looked around somewhere else — you’d accepted instantly.

Making sure nobody was around, you began to push the handle up and down trying to open it. It wouldn’t budge and after a few minutes, you could hear some voices coming down the hall. Blood rushing to your heart and with adrenaline pumping, you rushed to the other side and tried to open another dorm. Thankfully that one was open and you hurriedly ran in.

You closed the door gently, making sure that you didn’t make any noise. Unfortunately for you, someone was in the room.

“Uh, can I help?” the voice asked.

You spun around and saw Warren Graham, someone from your science class, sitting on his bed with a confused expression.
