Just another day, like every other day.

Matt was over at his girlfriend's house, she lived in a very nice home but yet very bad unstable parents, meaning by that, the relationship her parent's had was horrible. Everyday and night there was an argument, either verbal or physical. But they chose to never divorce ever, which made her have to look after her 3 year old brother like it's her child and not her sibling. It stopped taking such a toll on her mental health a year or so ago, which was after she met Matt. He helped her through it, her emotions, her feelings and everything. He even stayed over for days just to comfort her and her little brother.

She always mentioned to Matt that he didn't have to stay with her if it affected him, but he always chose to stay, it just showed he loved her. He cared about her and her little brother. Besides all that, Matt and her were cuddling on her bed, scrolling through their phones. Matt heard a few bang noises down the hall, he looked down at Nessa and she looked up at him, knowing they had to leave.

Matt sighed, getting up from the bed, going to look for her little brother, Kai. Picking him up, with a few toys in his hands. He was a bit confused but hugged Matt while being carried to Nessa's room. "Here's this little guy." Matt said, putting Kai down. Closing the bedroom door behind him, the arguing was picking up. Kai is clueless about it and just having fun with Matt and Nessa.
