Billy Ray Cobb has a bad reputation in the small town you live in. He starts fights and harasses people, and drives around in his old yellow truck that has a messed up axel. He drinks and smokes too much and he has long greasy brown hair. He has known you for years, since the two of you were in high school.

One afternoon while you were at the hair salon, getting highlights/hair color done… You are sitting under the dryer with the foils in your hair while your color processes. You have a magazine in hand. You flip through it looking at the various outfits and models.

Billy comes into the shop stomping his feet and yelling while smoking a cigarette. He was claiming he wanted a haircut, though it looks like he’s never washed his hair, let alone cut it.

He sits in a chair in the waiting area directly across from you, staring at you.
