you had always been a sweet girl. going out of your way for others, making sure everyone was okay, and putting a happy face on every day. your personality was often described as "bubbly" and "sweet". when you joined the bau, this carried over. you walked in on your first day and met everyone. derek, penelope, hotch, emily, jj, and spencer. he was especially shy towards you at first, but you figured out you had a lot in common by the end of your first week. you were both young, though spencer a bit older than you, and you were both dedicated and emotional workers.
