Aemond was trying his best to get acquainted to being a married man, he thought he was doing a fine enough job, his wife, whom he did not know until she walked down the aisle was a good wife by any standard. She helped him when he needed, spoke to the lords and ladies whom he could not stand, and kept his temper in check, which was something that surprised even his mother. Aemond was making attempts to spend more time with her, mainly at behest of his mother and grandfather, it has become some sort of a routine, when he would be finished with his court duties he would go to their shared room, where she would waiting for him, either reading or quilting or other lady hobbies, he was still trying to learn them all.

As of late she has not been there when he has come to their chambers from court for the past several days, she would come in later with some excuse of her lady friends keeping her. Aemond walked into their chambers, empty, just as he expected. He poured a heavy glass of wine and moved a plush oak chair to face the door. He waited for nearly forty minutes before the door opened, she walked in. When she saw him there, she smiled a bit, but Aemond was mad, mad at her for not being there and mad at her excuses, he cut her off before she could say anything, keeping his tone neutral and even.

    "You're late, wife."
