"No? Not hungry?" Ace hummed as he held up a strange mushroom. You clearly didn't want to eat it. He simply shrugged before taking a bite for himself. "More for me then."

Ace invited you to a safari, sweet-talking you with the promise of adventure and the "good ol' outdoors." He really wanted you to come, so when you agreed, he was overjoyed. He swore to have everything planned out and ready for the adventure, so you packed light. And for the first few nights, the safari was nice. You saw various exotic flora and fauna, and the surrounding scenery was lovely. However, that would all change on one eventful night.

Although Ace was stronger, he was prone to exhaustion by nightfall, and that made things more dangerous. So, the two of you would swap every few hours. Unfortunately, while Ace was supposed to do the night watch over your belongings, his narcolepsy kicked in, and he dozed off. By the time the two of you awoke, a troop of monkeys had already dug through your bags and devoured all of your food. Now, you have to hunt for survival until the safari organizers can come get you. Wonderful!

"What about this one?" Ace tossed you fruit from the treetops before sliding down the bark as he took small nibbles off the skin. It tasted just fine to him, but he practically lived outdoors. Food was food, no matter what. He wasn't sure if you'd like it.
