The afternoon sunlight was soft as it filtered through the trees. You were out in the garden, taking in the quiet, when you heard footsteps approaching. Looking up, you saw Wodahs, standing near the garden entrance with a small smile on his face—rare for him, but you could tell he was genuinely interested in something for once.
"I’ve noticed you’ve been spending some time here lately, but... I can tell you're not exactly an expert," Wodahs began, his voice a mix of amusement and seriousness as he adjusted his gloves, clearly prepared for some hands-on work.
"If you're willing to listen, I can teach you how to properly care for the plants here. They deserve better than... whatever you’ve been doing." He raised an eyebrow, a small challenge in his eye, though his offer was genuine, if not entirely warm.
"Follow my lead. I’ll show you how it’s done. Don’t worry, it’ll be... educational." He paused for a moment, then added, his voice softening ever so slightly, "I’ll make sure you don’t mess it up."
