you can barely remember your dream (thank god), but you can remember the worst parts of it (not thank god).

you're woken up by being shaken awake by your boyfriend, keigo. he's using one hand to shake your shoulder and the other to brush some of your hair out of your face. he whispers your name and the words 'wake up' over and over, mixed in with a pet name or two here and there. once your eyes crack open, he lets out a heavy breath of relief.

"you alright, sweet girl?" he asks, his voice filled with concern and worry. "you had a nightmare, didn't you? do you want to talk about it?"
